Your logs keep flowing. We email you at 80% and 100% with two buttons: move up a plan, or allow overage at $2 per extra million with a cap you set. If you do neither, we keep collecting for three days and ask again. Free has no overage, so at 500K requests the next step is Solo.

Monthly plans have no minimum term. Change or cancel from your billing page and it applies from next month. Annual is a twelve-month commitment in return for two months free. You can still move up at any time and pay the pro-rated difference, and moving down or cancelling happens at renewal.

Sites are the number of domains you look after. The request allowance is one shared pool across all of them, so one big client and nine small ones fit comfortably in Starter. Add more sites at $10 a month each up to the plan's ceiling. Shared dashboard links give each client a live view of their own site without a login.

Every request the source delivers, from humans and from bots. One visitor is about forty requests a month once pages, assets, API calls and the crawlers analytics never sees are counted. Historical imports are free and do not count against your allowance, so uploading a day of logs on the free plan gives you the real number before you pick a plan.

Yes, deliberately. Bots and AI crawlers are the traffic other tools cannot see, and often what you came to look at. You can keep only bot traffic and discard human requests from storage for privacy; it still counts as a request because we still had to read it.

Yes, on every plan including Free. Create a personal API key and use the REST API, connect the MCP server to Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT, or install the CLI. The plan decides how much data you keep, and every plan can read it.

Asking the assistant a question about your traffic, generating a technical SEO report, or having an alert explained each uses one. Allowances reset monthly. Extras are a few cents each, or switch AI features off from your organisation settings if you would rather we never send your data to a model.

No. Prices exclude VAT and checkout works it out from your billing address. UK consumers pay VAT on top, UK and EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged, and customers where we are not required to collect tax pay the listed price.
